Hair Gel Or Wax?

Fudge matte hed for me also. holds really well (not a lot to hold atm though) and smells ace. Even nicer than Chilli ed-cake.

Mix the gel and the wax in the palm of your hand and shake your fingers through your DRY hair using your finger tips. Then use just wax to style strands and spikes and mess it up a little more.

yea all these products are good for people with thin hair that sticks up with water, anyone know any products for thick hair if i try gel my hair laughs and goes straight back down wax only works for like a hour :P anyone else have that problem

Try Loreal Remix. My hair is pretty damn thick and out of the many gels, waxes, putty, glues (yes hair glue :)) Its been the best by a country mile.

I normally use this cheapo gel from down the road, but it's fookign beastly...In between haircuts, my hair goes past my eyes, i still gel it up with that stuff!!

i use loreal remix at the mo. it's pretty good actually.. it's kind of matte when applied to dry hair, and shinier and more gel-like when applied into damp.

I used to use fudge, but im a poor student again now so had to search for something a little cheaper but very similar.

I now use Tresemme reworkable fibre putty, tis nion identicle to the fudge i used (except without the nice smell) but costs £3.49 a pot instead of £9 (Y)

its good stuff is fudge, women introduced me too it lol. glad i took their advice. im after something similar now to mess up my long hair without it being obvious something is in it :)

you wanna go to a decent hairdressers and buy 'bed head, manipulator'. seriously it is so good. i have tried loads of wax's/ gels in the past and none compare. Tis quite pricey but worth it imo.

Good old fashioned, natural oils. For that natural look of naturalness.

Wax is for tips

Hairspray is where its at, wet your hair, style and spray on the stuff, style again.

i use hairspray i have long ish hair and fine gel not to hold it long a nuff

Brylcreem wax stick. Easy to apply (just rub the stick on your head), holds well, can re-style during day. Costs about £4 a stick but lasts a good few months. Smells nice aswell, well the gf thinks so.

I use garnier fructis strong hold gel.

Not only does it hold hair well, but it smells nice too. Plus, women like the smell!!
