Rob Thomson
Drag race motorbikes do 0-60mph in 0.7 of a second....0-220mph in 6.5.. When travelling at 186mph, the Ferrari Enzo weights over 2 tonnes, but around 1300 kilos (methinks) when stationary.. At the correct speeds, you could drive last years mclaren f1 car on a ceiling due to it's downforce.. Impossible, you have to get to about 2/3rds of the speed of light before relativistic effects take effect.

True to your name... He's not talking about the mass changing but the weight, that being the force exerted on the ground. A technicality but altogether different, as the extra weight is caused by the cars spoilers and shape using the air to generate downward force. When stood 'still' on the equator you are actually travelling at 1,043 miles per hour around the earth as it spins. JT!
At the correct speeds, you could drive last years mclaren f1 car on a ceiling due to it's downforce.. That's soooooooo cool. The most children one woman ever had is 69. Doubt it. When stood 'still' on the equator you are actually travelling at 1,043 miles per hour around the earth as it spins. Plus the speed the galaxy is moving etc etc. The longest word that can be typed on the top row of keys on a key board is 'typewriter'. :P

MrMonkey
Doubt it. Why's that? And the typewriter has been a long known fact and is no longer impressive, as typists noticed when typewriters first came out.

Dan Clark
The original Lord Of The Rings was only 2 paragraphs long, where Vin Diesel simply walked into Mordor. They later changed the Vin Diesel character to a small hobbit creature.

No, that's not weight then is it?, It's downwards force, weight only holds true for what is caused by gravity. :P
