ogre
I over tightened the bolt on my maggie leaver, (it's stupid cos the bolt they give you doesn't go all the way to the back of the thread so you are guna pull the thread out at some point, clever people magura, makin you buy more levers...) so i put a bigger one through, and it probly won't die now :P
wayneone
I bodge of a bodge.. when i got my new magura's for my xc bike whoever had they before had somehow made another hole for the lever at right odd angle, after trying to do my lever up i snapped the bolt inside the lever. So what i did was cut the bolt fluch to the inside of the lever drilled a 4.5mm hole through it and put a nut and bolt though it, Walla one bodged lever! DaveDurham
snapped a mech hanger and i couldnt get hold of 1 for ages, so got a spare maggie booster and cut a part out, used the QR to hold 1 part and put the mech in a hole then secure it on the back with the snapped bit of hanger, bodged. lasted about 6 months  yer im lazy :$ if you dont get it ill upload a pic and ages go, snapped a steel frame and cus i didnt have another bike we stuck some holes over the snap and bolt some metal plates on, bodged till the next snap :P done it on a few :)

Mc Lovin
I over tightened the bolt on my maggie leaver, (it's stupid cos the bolt they give you doesn't go all the way to the back of the thread so you are guna pull the thread out at some point, clever people magura, makin you buy more levers...) so i put a bigger one through, and it probly won't die now :) That's exactly what I did to mine, so I put a old magura bolt in and it lasted about a week before i forgot that it was only on the only 3 threads at the back that hadn't yet been ripped out, and I tightened it up (not even that hard) and it snapped. So just be careful with it mate :P .

nmt_oli
Temporarily fixed pinch punctures with duck tape before! wrap around tube, and inflate to seal lol. goes down slowly but is rideable. cling film works even better. ran a pinch flated tube for 3 weeks with cling film, only pumped it up twice too!
