Stephen Morris
That's just gymnastics as far as I'm concerned. People cream over this stuff, but they're just glorified parallel bar, beam and floor routines. The only free running I like is the big gaps and wall climbing stuff... 50% of the guys in London are worse than me. The big gap/drop at Euston was good though. Then I guess I'm a new fan of parallel bar, beam and floor routines bro. I mean come on, when they're doing like a 720 off the second floor of a building and walking away, like it or not that takes some SERIOUS skill. Thanks for posting this vid, I thought it was awesome! Rich Pearson
Is this the video called "Evolution" which has the MOST repetitive song ever? Think I downloaded it about a year ago. 'Tis stil mind blowing though... Rich

matthewholdsworth
glorified gymnastics without the nice bouncy floor and padding all around incase you land on your head. this stuff is insane, i can land backflips and front flips etc into water, doing high diving course, may be tempted to attempt one onto grass/sand one day??? saw the vid ages ago, i got another one of some russian guys, now that was mental

MrMonkey
Seen it many times, Danny Ilabaca or something from Liverpool is just as good/better. Capoeira dancer aswell. There are better "free-running" videos. That's called Street/Urban gymnastics.

MrMonkey
the one in the black vest looks like david belle. (french guy that - started it) Some people think it was the black guy on the BBC documentry on parkour! Sebastien Foucan and David Belle started doing it around the same time and neither say they invented it. Strangely enough.

ZeroMatt
That takes an appauling amount of strenth are you sure. You just jump and lock your arm like that guy does, i dont think i could do it as well now as im a bit fatter, also there seems to be a fair few trials bikes in the vid.
