You can tell if you're on a secure web page really easily: If you're using IE, there will be a little padlock in the bottom-right of the screen like this:

If you're on Firefox, the address bar turns a different colour (I think yellow is default but it changes depending on what theme you're using) and there is a padlock to the right of the address bar:

It'll only come up on the page where you put the card details in, pages for entering information like name, address, email etc are usually not secure.

There are other secure protocols besides https, but I don't know if they ever get used. Either way, just look for the padlock

when i go to the credit card page bit theres nothing like it  that mean some ones gonna steal my card details?

Possibly. Unlikey, but then again what kind of site doesn't have secure ordering? I would probably avoid them, or ring them up if you think they're kosher.

I really dont get this, i posted earlier on yesterday what they have as there privecy policy, yet your still saying you don't know wether or not it is secure :turned:

Yeah but they could have just written that. Doesn't mean the site is legit at all? Argh it probably is, there seems to be far more money in legal internet shops than scamming people.
