Hobnobs
I get that sometimes, just breath shallow for a while and it normally goes pretty quickly with me. Not sure what causes it though, normally coincides with indigestion though?

Haz
You have strained an inter-costal muscle. I should know, I've had ECGs and other heart monitoring stuff because of them. Hold your arm, on which ever side of your body it hurts up, and take shallow breaths getting deeper, will be gone in 2 jiffies, honest. :turned:
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
The pains gone now :turned: I think it might have just been the moist cold air (cause it was really cold n foggy)
