Jonny Jones
Hi, Got a Zen Touch, was playing a tune and its totally frozen, none of the buttons do anything, u cant even turn it off. Can anybody suggest how I can re-start/set it... All I can think of is let the battery run out? Many thanks! Jonny.
Rossi
Menu + Select resets it I think Not sure though, that might be an Ipod. Don't have much knowledge on them to be honest.

James_Porter
my i pod did this jonny. first time i just plugged it into the charger and it was allright and went back to normal. then it did it again and i couldnt do anything at all untill the battery ran out. then it did it yet again so i took it back and they gave me another. so your best bet is to take it back cause i bet it will do it again. Lawnmowerman
Is there a little hole somewhere with a reset button hidden? Youll need a toothpick or something small to get to it.
