Saw2

The Grudge is the only film that's shit me up... I'm not trying to act hard but most horrors are laughable.

Saw2 had some awesome stories and scenes...

Whats you idea of good taste then?

i agree its rare that a horror film actually scares me, maybe because it i know its fake or something.

'i spit on your grave' and 'cannibal holocaust' - these films are not scary as such, but really uncomfotable to watch!

'night of the living dead' (origional & 1987 remake) - actually prefer the remake, not scary though, just a good film.

'dawn of the dead' (origional) - again not scary, but a good film

'ring' (japanese origional) - probably the second most scary film i have seen, but there was loads of rip offs afterwards 'dark water' & 'the grudge' being two, which have practically the same story line.

evil dead trilogy - these are just 'groovy'

'zombie flesh eaters' - just a good zombie film

'junk' and 'wild zero' - cool and kinda bizarre japanese zombie films

'cube' - dunno if this qualifies as actual horror, kinda sci-fi too - has loadsa good talking pionts after :(

'event horizon' - pretty scary, definately gives me the creeps at times. Sam Neil

'texas chainsaw massacre' - scariest film ever, its so intense the first time you see it. kinda loses something if you watch it again, because you know waht happens

'tremors' - not scary at all, but one of the funniest schlock horror films of all times, awesome.

'house of a 1000 corpses' - weird and wonderful, some cool characters, shots and random things. bit of a texas chainsaw massarce though.

that'll do for now.

EDIT - it thought SAW was good though, interesting characters and story. that doll thing creeped me out haha - ain't seen SAW 2 yet

halloween, first and scariest movie ive seen nothing has come close yet

saw2 - not scarier just gory

the excorist - was that a joke, I found it funny

one of the evil dead or dawn of the dead movies, wel in that series was in a shopping mal thats a comedy not a horror movie.

halloween number 3 i think with the masks, thats scary but more gory.

most of the realy old x files are scary as shit in particular theone with the fishig hook and 2st person persective of stabing yourself with a knife.

battle royal - was just a joke

the ring (original) great film had to concentrate on the subtitles but generally very scary

poltegyiest - whatever one, prob he first one was scary

If you want real horror, my mum was watching this programme on TV. This woman was in her house hiding in a closet with her kid and some guy was in the house, the woman told her kid not to come out no matter what, then you see the woman getting stabbed and crawling away and screaming while the kid's watching then she gets stabbed again. I found that pretty f**king horrifying incomparison to any big Hollywood film.

Battle Royale is one of the best films I've ever seen.

wait a min though.. what about the exosisem(sp) of Emly(sp) Rose film.

when i went to see saw 2 i saw the trailer and i quite frankly shat my self LOL but yeahh should be goooooood :S

That's based on a true story, when any amount of realism is thrown into a film they always beat "made up" horror films. Purely because in the back of your mind you know it actually happened to some extent.

Personally I found the ending on 2 a bit crap...

Just an excuse to make a 3rd really!

Oh yea but it also gives them the excuse not to bother making a 3rd too.. because it would be so "typical" of hollywood to do another they might just leave it. But to be honest.. id watch the 3rd as well.. just to see the ways in which someone can be put in to a stupid situation to.. for example gouge their own eye out to get a key. CRAZY!
