Mc Lovin
Are you talking about your headset? try pushing down on the stem, (with the side and top bolts undone) then tighten up the top bolt still pushing down then tighten up the side bolts, if this dosent work the headset mite be gone or it mite need pressing down. monty
ive tried pushing it down and then tightening the bolts but it still doesnt work. i think the folks are rocking in the bottom of the frame, possibly something missing or broken on the headset bearings. iyl try buying a new set and see if it resolves the problem. need to get it fixed to go riding this weekend in leeds. mackey
you may have flared your frame (Y) if you are doing up the bolts tight and then it still rocks that is.This could involve a new frame so i would take it to a bike shop to see if they can help you
mat hudson
if you cant find the problem go to your lbs. saves you buying a new pair of forks if its actually a cracked headset cup eh (Y)
Dai the Socket
Take it a Local Bike shop. Or someone who knows a fair bit about bikes like a trials rider mate who's at halfords or whatever. I'm riding Leeds @ the weekend anyway so.... Oh yeah, it's Forks, not folks :(
