The only thing i can think of is that you can change lots of different variables when your working in a lab ( this whole thing is talking about a pump and its efficiency and characteristics just incase anyone is wondering) which you might not be able to do when your field testing? ugh no idea.. google cant even work it out.. The only thing i can think of is that you can change lots of different variables when your working in a lab g pretty much spot on you can control the environment whereas outside theres alot of factors that can affect it. Endohopper Posted November 15, 2005 Report Share Posted November 15, 2005 As I understand it , a bench test is conducted under ideal , controlled conditions , whereas field testing is more realistic , simulating average user conditions .
