Josephine
Don't get me wrong, receiving presents is ace and I'm anything but selfless, but giving someone a present they really like and means something is a fantastical feeling. Max Quinn
As much as i would love to be able to say that i prefer to give presents, that would be lying. Yeah it's a good feeling but i don't exactly have alot of money. What is a really good feeling is to be able to make or buy a cheap present for someone that they will actually really like and is really thoughtful, get the best of both worlds. Max

Joe Yeah. I really like just knowing you've got someone something which they really like, rather than just a tenner or whatever. For Christmas I think I'm buying myself a Tattoo (Y) and then buying one of my mates 3 tickets for his favourite band. Should be decent. One of my friends got me a 'Higher Education' poster saying about Weed and stuff, for my new room. Really good haha. My mum wasn't best impressed though (Y) "Dr. Dope says: Smoke three of these bad boys and you'll feel much better." hehe.
Simon
If i'm giving to someone special, then i enjoy it. I have a great idea for that someone this year, but it's quite a unique idea, so having trouble sourcing it. Someone also hates getting presents? (Y) Although, considering i only have like 40quid to spend on my family and everyone else, i'm not that bigger fan of giving this year. (Y) When you grow older, the presents become less and less anyway.
Mark W
Like everyone's said, giving people something they really like is great. Seeing them still using it later on in the year and knowing that they've gained enjoyment or whatever through it is great. For example, this year I'm getting my brother a pair of V12's, and because I know he doesn't have a lot of money to spend on his bike (and that his BMX means a lot to him as an escape route from stress from life/his job) I know he'll appreciate them seeing as his V8's are dying on their arses, so I can't wait to give them to him, pretty much... Simpson
I hate shopping i hate going out if its not to ride or go to school or something, i hate wrapping so genrally tend to get the big roll and twirl it round, but you do it for that 1 moment when you see your mums face or whatever makes it worth all the time missed and whatever money you spent makes it worth while. I dont really need stuff im just a genrally content generous guy lol
Mr Motivator
I like reciving obviously, but I do like seeing others being satified with what I bought them. On that note, what do I buy my gf?
PaRtZ
ummm sometimes i have to ask people lol. So If I was you I'd just ask her what she wants and try to make her generalise so there is still an element of surprise left
