Tom Booth
Right im soon hopefully ordering a HD iso king from aspire velotech, as they seem the be the cheapest place for kings ive seen. so i was just wondering: What is the service like? How long did it take to come from america? Has anyone ever been charged the import tax?? Was it well packaged? Sorry for all the questions but i dont wanna be putting 220 quid in te mans pocket to recieve shit service :P Errr if anyone can add anything else to this it will be much arpeciated :- Tom
Janson
service is second to none. shipping is quick, took 4 days for mine to come to Sweden. It's hard to get stung on tax, he declares the value of the hub to ~$14, and doesn't send a reciept with the hub, he emails it instead. My hub was packed REALLY well. King box in a bigger box, in a big bag. Something about it not getting lost in the post as easily, I've heard. It was neatly packed anywho, and all went well. Though they managed to send me a alu driveshell instead of a steel one.. I rang them and told them, so they sent me a steel one, and covered the postage for me to send the alu one back to them. Sorted.
Mr Motivator
All what Janson said. Mike Golding is who you need to email :P He ordered in me a standard classic CK rear and assembled the steel driveshell, hd axle and funbolts all in it for me  It's just a shame that CK have just had a price increase! That's not Aspire's fault though :-

Tom Booth
Cheers lads, great help, keep the other repsonces coming. Just had an idea, you know in the references, should there be a sub forum, of shops, such as aspire velotech, bikedock, crc and mark antony cycles/trials shop ( :P ). Anyone else think this would be helpful to other people? Tom
UrbanLegend
Got a rear Classic direct from Aspire. Absolutely top notch service. There was a huge shortage of Gold Classics at the time, but they managed to get me one quicker than expected. Also a mate of mine ordered a pair of Classics direct from them, again superb service. He snapped the axle on his rear, so Aspire sent him out a standard axle free of charge, without even seeing the broken one. On top of this, once he does send the broken one back over, he'll be getting a Heavy Duty axle + funbolts, all free of charge also. I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else for King products. munkee
The guys there actually know how to run a business.. especially over e bay. Everything ive had from there has come early, free livestrong band (63p.. technically could have been free due to exchange rate) and always a nice note saying have a good ride etc. Also any questions just email them and it all gets sorted.
