Prawny Baby
RETARDS, I GOT A DEGREE IN ENGINEERING NOT SUM POXY BTEC well arnt you a clever bellend! incase your too fu<king stupid to notice.... most of the guys replying in this thread are only 15 or 16! as they are getting towards the end of SCHOOL. from here they will either finish, go on to do a-levels, or go on to do some other qualification! for those of a less academic nature (more practically able) who dont want to undertake A-levels, the only way to get into university is to do something LIKE a BTEC, and then go on and get a degree.... i did 2 years work for my a-levels, and got into uni to do engineering, but there are guys on my course who hav got in with BTEC qualifications.... they are treated no differently, and are just as able as those of us who have done A-levels.... in many ways more so! as A-levels are done over a range of subjects, the people on my course have already done an entire engineering BTEC!!!! think before you speak you narrow minded wanker

MrMonkey
think before you speak you narrow minded wanker I think just wanker is fine for him  BTEC are equivilant to 3 A-levels though and are alot harder I reacon (got 18 subjects to do!!) I've done 1 year of AS Levels, and 2 months of my college course, (I think it's a BTEC) at the moment I'm finding the BTEC to be much easier, it may be said as 18 subjects, but it's the same at A Level, you cover many topics inside a broader topic. Wayne-king
BTEC National diploma in manufacturing is not really practical based at all, 3 hours per week in the first year, none in the second year and the maths, science etc is the same as A-level
