There is a half price crash replacment policy on all onza/tensile stuff I believe. If its a serious manifacturing defect and can clearly be seen (bubbles in metal etc) then it should be a free replacment. onza are good guys to deal with regarding this stuff. Either way , contact supplier with photos / reciepts explaining situation and hope for a swift response . Hope you weren't injured when they failed ?
