granty
i would say go for the echo because they have a bashgaurd and i'm gettin one lol (Y)
Sponge
If you're fairly inexperienced, bit like me maybe, I'd go for the bashplate Team option, its just better for practice, and plus bashring on a mod means you gotta be careful if you don't want a mangled BB shell and downtube. I'm already a bit extra careful, which isn't too good. If you're the average sorta rider I hear about, twatting bashguards and chainstays loads and not too caring an owner, then a Python is near suicide option, because if I were less caring about my frame, my BB shell would be totally destroyed. Bashplate will save your frame from alot of crap. It's your choice, either one's great.
wilky_mod_legend2
get echo team it comes with bash which pays a large part in mod riding tom
a-s-d
Like said abover get the echo team because it has a bash plate, and to be onist im going for the echo because i think it controls alot nicer than the zoo. But there is always a personial prefrence, You cant have us telling you what frame to spend your money on, what ever your mind is telling you to get go for it. Hobnobs
How tall are you, consider if you are shorter than 5' 8" then riding a python will be like trying to change a lightbulb without anything to stand on. Echo are good, so are zoo. Just the length that affects the decision.
mackey
it depends how tall you are and how experienced you are if you are short go for a echo team tall go for a zoo! if you are experienced enough to ride with out a bash plate also go for the zoo! i would personally go for a echo team because i am not that tall and prefar the look of the team . hope i have helped :)
Trials Dave
i rhink that i would probably go for the zoo. just from looking at reviews etc it seems to be the better bike.
Nick Dale
Well i have had both :) so i say go for the python short :P awsome bike but as a comparison to the looks here is 2 pictures just for you one of the echo and one of the python :P Edited November 7, 2005 by Nick Dale
Trials Dave
the zoo definitely looks like the nicer bike out of the two.
Mitch A
i would go for the echo team :( Not alot of people have it like the zoo! and it rides so nice. its strange not alot of people have one. Whatever choice you make you cant go wrong :D they are both great bikes :D
Jules
The zoo, from what ive heard there good, and they look sweet.
poopipe
just to add to the other 2 comments that weren't about what it looks like CLS pythons are very long. if you're less than 5'8" you won't be able to reach the bars. I dont think theres a short python for 2006. There is a short team for 2006 so that might make the decision easier.
Mitch A
:( its not that long. Ive seen short people ride CLS python very well
joewhite
Hey personally i would go for the zoo mainly based on looks but also i am hopefully going to get. I have riden an echo and they are a really nice bike but i feel the zoo would probably be the beeter of the two :(

ManxTrialSpaz
It's a stalemate really--Python, best looking bike of the two, looks sturdier, looks to have the highest BB rise but it's long and should only be used by more experienced riders due to the lack of a bashplate and any mounts. The echo, shorter but the one fact that balances it all out is the bashplate! With it you won't **** your downtube up as much, your bb won't get ****ed over, and you don't have to fall off wall when you don't get high enough and crash down on your bashplate. Hard choice but I'd choose the Echo so I could keep my frame longer :(
chris222pher
with the size thing i am 6ft 2 and much prefer the shorter bike. i am getting a short echo team soon.
