Unless the CF weave unravelled or something weird, it'll be under the crash replacement policy, which is typically half-price replacement... But yeah, send them to Supercycles direct, assuming you haven't sent them to Bikedock. How old were they, by the way? And risers or flats? Endohopper Posted November 4, 2005 Report Share Posted November 4, 2005 Bikedock do offer very friendly warranty service , although as stated above , this may take some time . Took about a full month to replace my fractured Base frame , but they did send it to Holland for me . The original manufacturer will have to inspect your bars either way , and Bikedock themselves admitted that the fastest warranty turnaround is to send to manufacturer straightaway .
