I'd have thought that would've been pretty blindingly obvious? Never mind though eh :P Don't have the original link any more, it was from a Japanese Car Forum (i.e. Cars from Japan...). If the people pulled out in front of him (I don't think I'd go full bore at a junction if it wasn't my right of way?) then I guess it'd be their fault, although he was blatantly going too fast...
