SQuiT-man
I used to bodybuild and I did powerball for giggles when I was at work.. to be honest, powerballing every day halped me get MASSIVE veiny forearms.. they've shrunk down loads since I quit (I had a couple of powerballs which messed up and the warranty was annoying). But eveyone says minimal reps of max weight for serious body mass gain.. over 5 years of trying different techiniques at gyms I didn't find this, i found I always got the best results when i aimed for 8-12, you only ever get a real good pump (signifying a blood rush to the muscle) after atleast 8 GOOD reps, and after a year and a half of aiming for 12 reps a time I could bench twice my own weight, so I'm sure its not a bad thing

I'm hungry
dont waste your money on a powerball, just wank alot...and make sure to change hands so you dont end up with a huge forearm and a stick on the other hand

Fish-Finger-er
would call 75kg x 10 a big weight at all. not for someone whos sitting square on the 14-14.5 stone mark.
Muel
The most I have ever benched is 40kg on a 2kg bar, and that was my maximum 1 rep thingy.I am about 70kg.

Peperami
If you go to holland and barrett you should be able to get some oil to rub into scar tissue, the name escapes me now, but if you go in and ask they'll know what it is. Make sure you keep moisturised, shower after you train and moisturise, and drink lots of water, and keep your vitamins up. Other than that stretch marks are just one of those things mate... most pro bodybuilders will have them, they just get airbrushed out of shoots. Are you natural?
