Siders77
Get an Avid Juicy 7! I have one and it's great for trials. It's nice and adjustable (Sp?) because it has a TPA just like Maguras. It can also be used as a back brake too because the TPA comes out and just slots into the otherside of the lever. I'll do a review later on when I get back from school. I'll edit this with the link to it. :P

Simpson
my favourite is the avid mechanical, it just locks when u want it to lock, perfect for trials imo :D Combined with nice cable and lever and you have a perfect brake right there
part_timer
for easy maintenence go for a good mechanical brake, but they do tend to weigh a fair bit more than a hope mono, and dont give as much power most of the time. plus the hope mono trials comes with the option of annodised bits to colour code it to your bike. i call hope. :D
