Caleb
alansbmx sell oddessy hubs for 79 and winstanlys usually sell them at 69quid so iff you look around then they will start to pop up for cheap!
Martin
Don't know if their any good for trials but there is the 'proper' cassette bmx hub , prolite and demolition cassette hubs, they are all bmx but not sure about the axle size the prolite is avaliable from; Cycle Sport LTD Demolition and Proper hubs availble from ; alans bmx, custom riders or winstanleys, and any other bmx shop probably. Jules
Yeah i would have thought almost all the bmx cassete hubs would be 14mm.
Burton
I really wouldnt trust anything other than Profile. The Oddessy Hazard casstte hub tends to explode, pawls and springs go easy. Plus most of the bmx hubs arent really built with strong engagement systems, because they arent really needed, just a strong wheel-build and axle. Thats why Profile Racing come in. Designed for quick, solid and slip free engagement system, due to them being T H E top race hub. They cant afford to miss an engagement at the start of a race, otherwise they're going over the bars. You can purchase a full wheel build from TartyBikes for £200. See it as an investment, rather than a pricey wheel. At the end of the day, the Profile will out-last any freewheel, and stop you from dying.
downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
Some freewheels might last about 3 years though you never know (Y) :)

Tony Harrison
My Proper cassette hub is great, but then it's different because it's on a BMX, where you don't put as much stress on it.
