Ash-Kennard
As I have cracked my pashleys (Y) I need to buy new forks soon, and I've been looking around and I have come across the new 'kot' forks. I haven't heard much about these, but as tarty are sold out, i'm sure a few of you are using them. Do they ride nicely, do they feel long, etc? Also do you think It would suit a leeson? ash. AdamR28
well i think staples snapped his cause he was riddin smart guys on the DJ ride if thats any help? Matt preferred short forks - so he got Smart Guys instead. The KOT forks are Echo pure forks with straight legs. If you like relatively long forks, theyre a good bet - light and pretty damn strong. Ash-Kennard
they're disc only, i run a maggie. whats peoples views on the control forks? forkies
AdamR28
The Controls only come in V/Disc or Disc only, so you might as well just get 4-bolt Echo Urbans (Y) They're nice forks though (Control), basically a Pure with a curved blade, new extra thick disc mount, and 400mm length. dave33
i can tell you now you wont notice the extra length what so ever, having looked over both forks(kot and echo) and own both id say KOT every day of the week, much better forks, stiffer and i expect they are gonna last longer B) and cheaper im taking about the urbans (Y)

JIX
When changing fork lengths, I find it sensible to alter bar and stem height/angle to compensate. e.g. if putting longer forks on lower the stem slightly or vice versa, or to what ever feels nice. nafan
The urbans look pretty solid, and they're nice, go for them as long as the length is to your suitage :- Stupid word.... :(

Ash-Kennard
The urbans look pretty solid, and they're nice, go for them as long as the length is to your suitage :- Stupid word.... :( They look so wrong on a leeson. thin tubing on the frame, the hugely wide forks with a tiny mavic rim= no. Mr Motivator
Just get more pashleys Ash! They're only 50 poonannys and the black will look good with the black stickers on your red frame :( Or get Alex's Leeson forks and spray them black?
