Smo™
You can't uninstall WMP through windows, so I take it you found its directory and deleted that? If so you may have messed up your computer's registry. I suggest going to; http://ccleaner.com And downloading CCleaner. Run the 'Issues' search and fix any errors it'll find. Reboot your computer then download the latest version of WMP from the Microsoft website. Hopefully that'll sort you out. I just clicked on the ccleaner link and after 3 seconds of the page loading it comes up with a internet explorer box saying that internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down, then it shuts down the page, It only comes up with this warning when i click on that link. So now im a bit confused and not sure what to do. (Y) DOM Edited October 27, 2005 by domonza
