Krisboats
basically i have a dmr revolver cassette hub.. if anyone thinks of getting one for trials iwould seriously recommend against it, they're so weak... i'm on my fifth freehub on it at the minute and it's on its way out again. it skips all the time when i'm just riding along. i usually take it down to my local bike shop (dmr dealer) and they sort it out for me for free with only a £4 labour charge to pay, but in doing this they usually take between 2 and 4 weeks. if anyone knows about how to get at the insides so i can see if i can sort it or get dmr to send the replacement bits to me directly so i can do it myself i would be very grateful because i would rather pay a bit more than have to wait so long (i just can't wait to put it on my jump bike) cheers in dvance kris
Lawnmowerman
From the pics ive seen it looks like you just pull the freehub off like on hope xc hubs. Shove a ss kit on and give it a good yank (Y)
AdamR28
I'm pretty sure its a generic hub with a screw-in freehub body. If so, it takes a 12mm allen key fitting from the non drive side of the hub, you have to whip the axle out first. Getting the freehub out is a MISSION. You'll need a couple of strong mates and a big, bolted down vice. It'll make a loud bang as it comes undone. Make sure you're going the right way as well! Theres a guide to take apart such hubs on sheldon brown I belive. If it's not on there it's on google somewhere as I've read it before. I'll have a look for you..
