well i have just set up my new bike and i know the bb is f**ked so i was wandering if any one could tell me answers the any of the following?

what do you run?

what do you tihnk of it?

what are the prices?

whats the differecnce between the good and the bad?

and is there anything to keep away from / look for?

and what good makes are there?

any help is much appreciated

To be honest i dont know what I use but it is a square taper, not isis, I got my Local bike shop to fit a new one when my old one snapped (it was a cheap one) So i spose that goes to show you may want to spend a bit of cash on a half decent one.

Probably a sealed shimano one...

im running a shimano UN53, 127.5mm i believe, its a good bb , my original lasted me 2 years of trials on an onza t-snaptor, but now im running a new one in my Echo Pure (past product of the legend Matt Burrows), works a treat, dosnt creak and overall the price 13.99 thts right 13.99, cheap but amazing i reckon, hasnt snapped yet!!!!!!!!!
