I'm not bothered about travelling a bit, but no more than about an hour, hour and a half... Currently thinking about Heysham, Farleton (still got exploring to do up there...), Back Cowm, places like that. Anyone up for it, rain or shine? Ali C Posted October 27, 2005 Report Share Posted October 27, 2005 the best is Blackstone edge just for the vast amount of rocks, but there is a little half hour (at most) walk to get to them from the car park, it can also be windy. Kebs is second, not as many rocks, but they are bigger and weird fun shapes, again a small walk to them, but only 5 mins orcan is only a tiny clump of rocks, but thre are limitless lines, can park pretty close to this place Widdup res is good, but there is a VERY steep walk to get to them, there arnt as many rocks as the others, but its good for a change.
