Compression On Final Cut Express 2

Right, i have made two videos, one street riding and one natural riding, when i compressed the street video i got 2:30mins down to 27mb, playing with the settings and found a set i really like, the quality is good, and when full screened it works well.

Problem arose when going to export the natural video, i have forgotten the settings and cannot find the ideal set that i used on my street video. I compressed the video and 2:40 or something like that comes out at 55mb, so does anyone have some settings that would be ideal for bringing the size down.

let me know please?

sorry, was confused as to what u mean, i have saved the file etc, and rendered it all, its just the actual settings that i would like. For example, what people may have used on here to produce videos etc. or may have done at uni.

Well Ive not done much playing around with internet videos as I'm mainly production dvd's but h264 will make it small enough and sort you out, so just make a couple of renders and compare qualitys check file sizes. Best way to learn is hands on other wise you will tend to only use the settings people recommend.
