Setting A Maggie Up With D521

Got my new pitbull frame today but having a bit of trouble setting up my olympia maggie.

i run a mavic D521 can anyone help me... pleeeeease

I think you have to do the pad bodge because the rim is too small. Or get a wider rim. (Y)

Yep, pad bodges are quite easy but don't bother unless you're skint, if not get a wider rim (don't get a try-all rim by the way).

pad bodge is a pain in the ass, and wide rims feel a lot better.

I used to do the pad bodge in my Levelboss, before I got a wider rim. Worked OK, there's photos on here somehwere I think.

get a wider rim, less tyre roll, less punctures and bit more stable on the back wheel, also it looks cooler :ermm:

news to me, i tohught it depends on what tube and tyre you have. but maybe its true
