Luke Drewery
My experience of heatsink pads is good, I bought two pairs of heatsink honig pads because they were being sold at clearance prices (£6 a pair!) and they werent up to much on a ground rim, which is fair enough as they werent designed for ground rims but I though they would be like my zoo pads were on a ground rim, very very sharp with detriment of life however the honigs were rubbish and diseintegrated rather quickly, there was pad dust all around my brake calipers. Steve raed my review and offered me a free pair of heatsink blues to test before they were put into production and I still have them on my bike now, I am very impressed with their performance in both wet and dry weather on a ground rim. They lock well, bite well and give a nice squeal, not too loud but just loud enough to inspire confidence. I havent had to use tar for months now and they are only half worn down after months of heavy use. I would reccomend them to anyone. :P
