Mc Lovin
Just do a search, there's so many threads on taking off bottom brackets. It's safer just to take it to a bike shop if you don't know how to do it, so you don't end up having to buy a new frame if/or when you destroy the threads. >_<
BASETA26ER
erm.... take off your cranks, then put your bb tool on the bb and undo anti-clockwise make sure you start with the non drive side first then do the drive side ( i think ) >_< (Y) then put new one in... this should help.. ;)

Ali C
to clear things up..... drive side undoes ANTI CLOCKWISE non drive side undoes CLOCKWISE
Mr Motivator
To clear things up even more; THE SIDE THAT HAS THAT LONG THING CALLED A CRANK ARM THAT THE CHAIN GOES ROUND WITH A PEDAL ON THE END, YOU HAVE TO TURN IT THE WAY THAT A CLOCK GOES ROUND TO LOOSEN IT. THE SIDE THAT HAS NO CHAIN YOU HAVE TO TURN THE WRONG WAY A CLOCK GOES ROUND TO LOOSEN IT.
nmt_oli
Wrong way round ali C. Definately drive side closkwise. and if your not sure look at the bike side on and turn the top of the tool towards the front of the bike. Please turst me im a bike mechanic (Y) You may need an extra person to help hold the tool on if its stiff and stuck, and an old pair of forks is useful as extra leverage. I remember for one particularly stubborn BB at work we had one person holding the frame to stop if moving (even though it was in a stand) one person holdign the tool onto the BB, and one person levering on a ROOF BAR attached to the breakerbar that was attached to the tool lol. >_<
