Tony Harrison
Tell it to stop it. Is it a bulb? Is it an aluminium freehub? You could get a steel one, or make sure your cassette is assembled tightly and then fitted to the freehub securely. Also, use aluminium spacers in the cassette, not plastic ones, they're shit. Trials Dave
is your cassete held togethor with pins or have you put each ring on seperatley? if they are on seperatly the do tend to dig into your freehub. with the pins in it spreads the pressure out between all the rings instead of the one you atre using to gap jump etc.
tomo
i had the same problem mate so i put a light film of oil or grease on the free hub body (i cant remember wich was best )it helped loads but the best thing to do is get a steel freehub body and make sure the cassete is on correctly and tight >_<
BASETA26ER
i would tighten the cassete up and put abit of oil on your freehub!! but if its hard to get on and off beacuse your cassete has dug into the freehub you may need to sand/file your freehub down where it has dug in!!! hope you get the problem sorted >_< (Y) ;)
