International Cycle Show - Today's Riding

Hi everyone,

Just a quick post about today's events down here at the Cycle Show.

We're running 4 sections outside in the morning, with all 11 teams competing. The Top 5 of these teams then goes through to ride the sections indoors in the afternoon - which are rather crazy! :ermm:

Format is pretty simple, but inventive - the 26" rider goes first, and after he has finished the 20" attempts to complete the section in the opposite direction.

Riders at the moment include Dani Comas, Cesar Canas, Thomas Oehler, Walter Belli, Ben Slinger, James Hyland, Neil Tunnicliffe, Ben Slinger, Danny Butler, Phil Williams, Austin Wright, Matt Staples, Chris Doney, Chris Akrigg and Mr Waynio, all fighting for a share of the Three Thousand Pound purse!

The leaders after day 1 are Dani and Cesar, with Thomas and Walter not far behind!

Its looking well set up for tomorrow, so come along and watch this amazing riding in the flesh! Details can be found on the Cycle Show Website - http://www.cycleshow.co.uk

Here's a small video for you to enjoy for now... (OnzaTrials.mov) http://tv.isg.si/site/?q=filebrowser/thetart20. Size is 3.8 meg, 50 seconds long - enjoy!

Cheers,

Adam

I've just had to download the latest Quicktime Alternative to play it.

FROM HERE

That looks brutal. I understand there are several video cameras on the go, so maybe a DVD will happen this year. We don't even have last years tapes at present. Tell that Ben to send them back...

I have just downloaded and installed quicktime alternative from the page you have linked to and it plays all my other .mov files fine but not this one! :ermm:

Help?

Works for me.

Can't help, except to wonder if you have Windows XP, because I notice that the Windows 98 etc version is 1.51 versus 1.62 for XP/2000. Don't know if that makes a difference because it plays fine here... try 1.62 if you only downloaded the other.
