Trials Dave
just sounds like your headset is loose. all you need to do is loosen the two bolts on your stem (which clamp stem to forks) and tighten up the bolt on your top cap then tighten stem bolts back up. easy (Y)

bikerdude2006fr
i have noticed that alot of cheap forks do this, why i dont know, but especially with the sorta cheapo fork that would be on a saracen, usualy ZOOM (Y) so i rekon that you should either learn to live with it or take it to your lbs

nmt_oli
Its jsut the low quality bushings in cheap forks. it means you get play between the stanchions (upper legs) and the lowers (lower legs). not a lot you can do, i suppos eyou could complain and try and get new forks.
