I would have thought not all that long (Y) Foam doesnt fall apart in tiny chunks like ruber does.... Martin Posted October 8, 2005 Report Share Posted October 8, 2005 at the moment im using velo rubber (clean bikes) but my next grips are gunna be monty foams (clean bikes also). ive heard that the foams dont always last though. ive had my rubber ones for a fair while so i think it is just personnal preferance. both grips only cost a fiver a set.
