Bergia Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 Hello there right two days ago my mircosoft word was working fine then i closed it and wanted to open it again to do some more work but when i tryed to open the file it wouldnt load then when i try to get it off it says am running low resources :) am confused it was working fine then not. quick_spider Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 It's most likely that the template file is corrupt. The file is called normal.dot and should be in the C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates directory in XP. After re-booting the computer, move or rename this file and open Word. Word will automatically create a new template file and all should be well.
