Tony Harrison Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 I think you can use the i-pod tools with i-tunes to format the i-pod. If you get stuck read the manual or try the Apple site. Janson Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 use the ipod updater to erase all data and restore the settings... then when you're done with that, keep it connected to the computer, put hold on, and off, then press the centre button and menu button simultaneously for 10 seconds to reboot the 'pod for minium problems.
