tomo Posted October 5, 2005 Report Share Posted October 5, 2005 Hi there iv had my rear hope hub for about a year now and i thought i would re grease the rachet system, so i poped it open and removed the pawls and put some grease in the rachet. but now every time put some strain on the pedals (when riding up a hill) it makes a loud click like its sliped i dont know what iv done wrong can some one please help me :sleeping: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Check the springs are not bent or deformed at all because that can screw it up too..Ive had HOPE tec hubs for years and think they are the best...If you have a problem contact hope, say you use it for dirt or sumet.not trials because they will give you the cold shoulder....And they will say send it down and they wil fix it and return it good as new free!!!
