CBProductions
Afternoon everyone, After a horrible ride yesterday with my bike just holding me back and uninspiring me I decided it was time to spend some money on it. I have a 2005 TPRO, with a dead rear onza rim and dead onza hub. I am planning on replacing both the hub and rim. My friend is lending me another onza rim. With regards the hub I have bent the axel and the hub doesn't seem like it was ment to fit that frame and keeps coming loose, I have been looking at : http://selectbikes.com/shop/description.php?prodid=48# I would like to no if anyone has any opinions and/or could inform me if this will improve the huge gap that the standard onza hub leaves. Thanks in advance Craig
AdamR28
The Echo hub is very similar to the Onza T-Master (comes in silver or black, 32h or 36h), which is £30. An advantage of the Echo hub is that it has built in snail cams (well, should, theyre not shown on the picture you linked to, or mentioned in the description), which make things very neat and tidy. Both hubs use steel axles and sealed cartridge bearings, so are pretty solid and dependable! If you're after colour, then the Viz hubs are apparently good (I'm sure there'll be a few people with opinions about them :$), or the 2006 Echo hubs will also be worth a look.
