MrMonkey
heat them up with a hair dryer and they shauld just peel right off :bunny: heat them up with a hair dryer n they will peel off Copy and Paste? Anyway if they're lacquered on then you're screwed with a hair dryer ain't you. Think you have to use Nitromors or something if it has lacquer on it to get it off. But don't take my word do a little searching around to check.
murph
bit of petrol and a cloth does the trick :bunny:
Simpson
You only use nitormors if your stripping the frame its a compleate b*****d and eats paint

James@swanseatrials.com
wouldn't a hair dryer ruin parts of the paint??
JT!
Basicly, if you can feel and edge to the stickers you shouldn't have any problems. Hot water will bring them right off. If you can't feel and edge, they are laquerd over, which means your stuck with them basicly. :bunny:

Rich J
just use lots of heat to melt the glue and scrub hard with a cloth always worked for me
Trials Dave
ok just peel them off and the sticky that is left use tar remover on it or wd-40 then let it soak in and rub it off. it will come straight off
Zoo_Monkey
if you have any glue left on your bike from old stickers you can use ANY aerosol spray. the butain propelant is a powerfull solvent and will desolve the glue - however the best bit is that butane gas propelent works by carying the content of the aerosol to the targit and evaporating almost strait away so the slovent dosnt stay on the targit long enough to cause any damage. therefore - spray on the frame, quickly rub the glue off and the butain has evaporated before any damage is done to the paint work. (you will have to repeat this process afew times to get all the glue off) a good spray to use is citrus degreaser from halfords as it is enviromentaly freindly, will also clean the frame of any lurking grease or residue and contains a larger than usualy proportion of butain propelant - trust (Y)

ibs_m
Thanks for the tips guys, rekon it will be a combo of hair drying, solvent spraying and scrubbing with a cloth being careful not to damage the paint! If it turns out bad im gonna get the sand blaster on it and give it a respray in black! Cheers guys ibs (Y) (Y) :-
