Like some guy posted... whats the point? why not just tap the big wall. But anyways yea about it being all top secret.. i hardly see it as being anything close to that. its just the same as being out there riding and seeing a new line or a new way of doing something. no doubt someone has tried this before

Whats the point in learing most things, front hops, taps, if all your gonna do is learn the nessacery things, then youd back hope gap and side hop, its makes the sport more crative.

.. There is no point in learning front hops. There is to learn taps. It depends on the rider. Simple

Front hops are more fun than taps though <_<

Definitly. Plus if you're a member of a local trials club which recieves its yearly income from doing demo's at all big event, front hops are ESSENTIAL!!!! There, bet you thought you'd never see those two terms in the same sentance :S

But those ideas look stupid if im reading it right. Can someone do it, even on something low, just so i think i understand? please? :o

Thankoo

Very interesting, I bet its pretty damn hard to do that though. I have seen craig lee scott do something similar but wheelswapping not tapping. I dont see why the coust brothers were so uptight about being filmed. Fair enough they may feel that another rider may use the technique agaimst them in a competition but I dont feel trials is at that level of competitiveness and seriousness yet.

Have you ever been to a comp?

Ever been to a UCI worlds?

There's some serious shit going on, afterall trials is the Coustellier's living, and life..

Quitting school to ride trials 24/7 is pretty serious.

But yeh, just 'cos someone see's them doing it doesn't mean they're gonna be able to do it, so i see your point.

I think the point of the move was if it was needed in a comp siutation, or where a slope posed a problem with run up issues etc.

Oh well, they'd still school every one of us
