PaRtZ
Tried here? Only thing I can think of. You'll just have to make sure you dont go over the given weight I think
BI-KING
Tried here? Only thing I can think of. You'll just have to make sure you dont go over the given weight I think cheers! Been looking at the kona bike bag on crc and we have asked the airline company if it would be ok for taking over but they said it would be too big  What about boxing just the frame? then putting the wheels etc...in a suite case? Does that sound any good? :)
quick_spider
If I were you, I'd give yourself more than 6 days to sort it out... Get a bike box and pack it up. Phone the airline to find out their policy on oversize luggage. Try claiming that it's your inline wheelchair and draw a disabled/wheelchair symbol on the side of the box. PaRtZ
Try claiming that it's your inline wheelchair and draw a disabled/wheelchair symbol on the side of the box. My illegal sense is tingling! Good idea however :) and if the airport are stupid enough to believe you, then it's their fault really

Brian Bleech
my mate took his dh bike to france and it was fine. Get a bike bag, they are easier. weight limit is 75lbs on major flights, so don't worry about that let the air out of your tires don't carry tools in your carry on luggage where abouts in the usa are you going dude?
