Matthew_Gibson
118mm I’m using middleburn's and an 22 tooth cog (I think) No problem for me
Mr Motivator
118mm is fine for a 22t on an 04 control. 113mm will work but need a spacer or two.
Ali C
I use an 18 tooth cog and bash, so I can get away with a noarrower bb

nb88
Cheers guys 118mm it is :)
Mr Motivator
Well the 05s have shorter chainstays than the 04s. My guess is that as a result of this, there is less chainring clearance?
Blackghostknife
Is they 05pitbull going to be the same size as they echo i assume?
Phatmike
are the 05 controls any different then??? if not i can put my truvative bb back in :P :) yesh mon I was running a 118mm ISIS truvative in my '04 control, with Middleburn 22t and 16t chainrings, they both fitted. Now with my '05 control, and 16t Middleburn Ti, and the same 118mm bb, there's more room than there was in the '04. :( Go for a 118mm Truvative Gigapipe DH bb, for around £40, it really is the best ISIS bb out there. :) Mike. James_Porter
Is they 05pitbull going to be the same size as they echo i assume? no you need a wider bb, at least
