dave85
Machine a new one if you can, original echo axles are absolute rubbish, and a mod one wont fit.
chewmeup
ahh. I machined a ALUMINIUM one and it snapped in one ride!!! My advice to all: NEVER use alu shafts. Never. Machine a new one if you can, original echo axles are absolute rubbish, and a mod one wont fit.
dave85
In my experience, mild steel doesnt work very well either, i ended up using EN24 (im not sure what that will be coded as in your part of the world) and its lasting well.
