Mark W
Left side is normal thread, right side is reverse thread. Just remember that. If you can't get it off using the BB remover and a spanner, get a longer spanner. It just needs more force, generally, 'specially if it's not been greased up or anything... Mark W
Oh yeah - get the right sized washer, and you can bolt the tool into the BB interface, if you get me? When you apply pressure to a BB tool, it tends to jump out of the splined bit of the BB shell, but if you get a crank bolt, and a washer that'll stop the tool from going past the crank bolt, you can bolt it to the BB, so you can put more pressure on without worrying about it coming off. zinger
or the safer option is take it to a respectable bike shop, and for a few quid they can do it for you(dont qoute me on the few quid bit, could be more) but if you do it that way at least if the threads get knackered, its thier responsibility=new frame!!....p.s. i emphasise, TAKE IT TO A GOOD BIKE SHOP
