N.Wood Posted September 19, 2005 Report Share Posted September 19, 2005 Get 5mm allen key - Loosen stem bolts (so it's loose on the steerer) - Do up top cap, with reasonable force but not hanging off the end of the allen key - Do stem bolts back up - Check it's tight but turns freely.
