echoteam!!
Are zoo! pads good for grind. Or will they wear down quickly?
Ash-Kennard
Hahahahahahahahahahaha. they are probably the worst things for a grind ever. you will have green dust allover the place. It's like puting plywood into a sander, lol. get some heatsinks for a grind.
lankyri
zoo's are crap on a grind because there not meant for it, better of getting some koxx blue's or browns depending on how harsh the grind is, brown bein the harder conpound
TomN
If you do a light grind the pads should last a fair while and work like a beast, They also work good on a ungrounded rim aswell.
Trials Dave
a gind will eat your pads away in no time. they wont last 2 minutes. get a harder compound unless your loaded and can afford new pads every 5 minutes.
N.Wood
Ooh new skin... Anyways, depends what grind you have the ZOO's on. A matey of mine rusn them on a VERY light grind, just enough to stop the pads glazing, and his are around 6 months old. Admittedly there was a fair amount of brake dust on his rim when the grind was sharp, but it gives better braking, especially in the wet.
