Take a picture of it if you can ← Sorry pal. I cant see owt bein split the bike is new, i took the carb apart to clean it due to water in petrol, have you any other ideas? theres a float inside the carb could it relate to that? thanks
Lawnmowerman
Botton left hand corner of your air box there is a hole. Shove a flat headed screwdriver in there and do up the gold screw. :)
trials_pimp
whats to say it didnt crakc when you were stripping the carb? If you have had the carb apart, you should have set the float level, if you havent done that, then you could be flooding your carb, and its excess petrol spilling out. Corish
I know what the problem is. It looks like a grub screw without the treads, that had a tiny bit of dirt on it and it stopped the float doing its job so the float never rised and blocked the petrol incoming hole that lead to it over flowing.. Big thanks for fast replies anyhow  !! Oh and it was dodgy petrol that made the bike go funny before, thank god.. thanks again.
