Mark W
Oh yeah, should've said earlier - you can't use Truvativ BB's in T-Lites. Or at least I couldn't in mine. Same as you can't use them in Monty frames 'cos they don't have a recessed central section and it fouls on the BB shell's excess metal bits, for some reason. Weird. Anyway, try getting another FSA I guess, just in case your's was faulty? If it doesn't work, you can still sell it on for a coupla quid less than you got it for, but if it DOES work you've said a loada wonga. Weird. ← Looks like they'll fit fine from the pics. nothing above the threds. Took ages! here and here ← That's one place i haven't tried, but it looks different from all the others. Is it definatly the same? Edited September 15, 2005 by JT!
Mark W
OK. I'll rephrase it. "I don't know why, but Truvativs don't fit in Montys and they haven't fitted in my T-Lite." This isn't up for speculation, they just don't fit. I even seem to remember someone saying something similar happened to them. But yeah, what about the Try-All Rip-Off BB? Lawnmowerman
It says its a 2004 bb so it might be different

But i doubt i'll get my hands on one anyway. Try-all rip off? Link?
Mark W
Ben bought the one I've got in 2003/2004, so unless he went forward in time and bought this one as a 2005 one, it's unlikely to be different. Plus, like I said, I've read about htis happening before. I just hope it doesn't with my Zip, or I'm gonna be well f**kin' annoyed

Waynio
truvativ isis b/b suck ass!!!! FULL STOP . thats why you cant find them no one has them cos all the do is pose problems. the bearings are way too small and extremly brittle and not upto the job. Waynio.................. i know you said the FSA dh one wouldnt fit but thats the best option over the Try All or by the looks of things that Viz one, isis is crap apart from the new "External" bearing b/b's which are made by FSA BUT are only available in 118mm as far as i am aware (im meaning for the length wise of trials they do do 113 too) the new "SKF" b/b's are landing shortly so there is a possibility of one of those too. Mine too, :( . What did you do file yours off. I think it'll only need a micro layer off and it'll fit. Also what's the deal with it needed smaller bolts! Edited September 17, 2005 by JT!
