Such
Above are my options. Please dont suggest other pedals like vp-s.. Ive used plastic pedals for a year and a half :"> Finally I got some money and want to buy decent flat pedals. I wont be grinding with them, just trials - so hitting them occasionally is considered normal.. Thx for voting and for advice  (Y)
Ali C
I personally wouldnt have any of them, but if you must, get the dmr. also consider the v8, its a perfectly good pedal, I feel the v12 is a bit much
Mr Motivator
DMR V8  V12s are just not worth it to be honest.
Luke Drewery
V8's all the way, only £20, light, strong, smooth, grippy and look good too with a good choice of colours. I have had two pairs of v8's both being amazing, the only reason I sold my other v8's is because I wanted to try rob warner dh pedals which were ok but now im back with v8's. Great value I think.
Such
thx for quick reply guys, Ill be taking dmr-s. But, why v8 over v12? weight, price?

flower
Get the v12's they have lasted me 2 years and are still going VERY strong. Forget what anyone else says get v12's they don't fall apart like the others they are sh*t strong. But in the end its your choice, but as the grass is green get v12's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ghosts_cloak
I vote for the V-12's. My last pair lasted (still work but I sold my old bike so they went with it) over 5 years and still span smooth and straight - and I never serviced them once! I just got V-12's on my new trials bike and they are rediculously grippy. I used to have v-8s along time ago and they were good but they do wear out easier and "feel" a lot cheaper (well they are!) ~Gaz
steve sturt
I've had the same V12 for 5 years and they are still going strong. The axles are strong and the bearing last years. I used to do most of my riding on Welsh beaches for 2 years and the salty air and falling in rock pools, hasn't affected them in the slightest. IMO they are the perfect pedal. To grease the bearing you just unscrew the end cap, fill the hole with grease and screw the cap back on. All the old dirty grease gets squeezed out of the other side and the pedal runs like new for another year. I would swear by them. I could never go back to an open bearing pedal again. steve sturt
Shin digs. ← I dont seem to get shin digs. Not had one for over 4 years. Think its because I am left footed and ride with right foot forward. Some people are prone to them, and others seem never to get them. Mark W
If you'd kept on top of it you'd have known you should be getting the Azonic X-Pedals anyway :D
Rob_P
Get some V8s rather than V12s,only real difference is that V12 has all replaceable pins which is useless because they only bloody come out every five minutes anyway. :D

Makes a big difference in the life span of the bearings.
Olly C
If you have to money go for V12's for sure, I've had copies and V8's and the DMR V12's are just so worth it, sealed bearings are lovely and all round there just mint pedals. PaRtZ
If you want V12's, don't get DMR. You may aswell get the wellgo copies. No real difference except is says "Wellgo" on them :D
nafan
I would personally get the V8's as they cost you much less unless you have had a bad experience... I have had a V8 COPY on mine for about 5 years (2 years dirt 1 year in a shed and 2 years trials...) and they are fine... Factory Freak or summit... :D
