Power Ball....stuff

Ive been using my powerball a lot recently because i have a wrist strain injury from riding on the roadtrip, havent riden properly since then <_<

More time for drumming though muahaha

anyways..... Has anyone tried spinning it anti-clockwise with your wrist or just the opposite way to which you usually spin it

I found it really hard and my arm aches lots now just from going the other way

Im hopeing it will speed up the healing process of my wrist, maybe even help with drumming

So yer just wondering if anyone else can spin it anti clockwise and if its had any advantages with anything?

I spin mine anti clockwise all the time.

used to do it clock wise then decided to change.

Can get alot more power out it and my wrists are abit stronger to.

Highest score so far is 11651, thats going anti- clockwise <_<

Also giving it a clean (which is a pain in the arse) helps it spin better, made it feel alot better on the arms :ermm:

I also advise doing it to both arms in the same session "

how do i clean it?

To clean it, take the 2 screws out

(Now comes the hard bit)

Place it on the floor, with the screw hole facing you.

Next, use a quick blow from your knee an hit the ball hard.

You should hear a popping noise

Now the casing will be loose an with abit of persuasion it will come free.

Clean with a tissue and put back together.

This technique works, trust me (Plus it says so on powerball site)

Can also use a vice to do the popping tequinique, just put it in a vice an tighten vice till you hear the casing pop and seperate (Y)
