PaRtZ
Uch Ive just been in my garden practicing sidehops over bar but I cant get over this height (which is 1 wheelbarrow, and 2 blocks high  (Knee height) ) I know I can do it onto a ledge which is close to my groin height (no jokes please :ermm: ) But I just cant do it over a bar because of the mental block Any suggestions to help me remove the block? Tricks of the trade? Getting drunk first? <_< Ta muchly
fairy elephants
just start low and build up the height, once you get going, and have cleared a few reasonable heights you wil start to get more confident <_<
Rich Pearson
Start by first trying to go to backwheel (from a sidehop) on a lowish wall. I find this really helps as you get more of a feeling for the kind of way you have to move your body to clear a bar/rail/dogleash. Also, try going over something that'll move out of the way if you hit it (like a long stick balanced on two stacks of bricks), this should help give you the confidence and also an understanding of what you may or may not be doing wrong.
